Tanner Rutledge is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a decade of experience helping clients move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. A former Olympic weightlifter and CrossFitter, Tanner still enjoys pushing his limits in Spartan Races and other obstacle course competitions.

As the father of an energetic 6-year-old, Tanner quickly discovered that parenting is a sport of its own—demanding strength, endurance, and resilience. After years of training both athletes and older adults, he developed a unique approach to fitness that addresses the real-life demands of parenthood. His training philosophy focuses on injury prevention, functional strength, and sustainable performance—so parents can keep up with their kids and model healthy habits for the next generation.
